    Hashtags, they are now everywhere, the most popular social media are full of hashtags, and even if you don’t search by them directly, algorithms of those social media are more likely to show you content marked with hashtags that were on videos that users. So if algorithms anyway track users' activity, based on hashtags on the content, does it mean that users should use them more often? Absolutely, yes!

     Usually, users treat hashtags like an inalienable part of "trend-culture", and don't get me wrong it is(!), but fortunately of unfortunately, it's not only about that. In regular life, hashtags could be pretty useful even if you don't see your future in the role of a popular influencer, you could ask me, how? Simple! Let's imagine the situation, you found a new interesting singer, actor, character, whatever, and now instead of just googling a new point of interest, you right from the start can search it in the specific social media, depends what exactly you wanna learn about a new interest, info, photo, video, or maybe some gossips and discussions? Knowing the basic info about social media and the rules of hashtags, you will find whatever your heart desires in two clicks, so don't feel shy to use hashtags, because it's almost shortcuts in real life!

  1. Hi Alex, I really enjoyed reading this post, and I like the theme you have with your blog! I agree that hashtags are everywhere. It’s funny because I feel like hashtags are mainly used by millennials, and they put a hundred of them on each of their posts. It is true that hashtags can lead to so much!
