Listening to music is a common thing to do in bad mode, but if we talk about regular music it's easy to understand, the right music can fix many things, including bad mode, but what about the sad one? I have a theory about why people do this. The main idea is people with bad moods usually on a subconscious level try to share their emotions with someone, and if for some reason no one is available for it, they look for different ways to feel understood. Music has existed for as long as people have, so that is very easy to find the perfect one, that will just about the situation that caused any bad mode. Just saying all the time that everything will be fine and trying to fix bad mode no matter what could cost your mental health, so don't be afraid just sometimes dive into your emotions, and listen to "LP - Lost On You" on repeat for four hours.
